- 2 x 10 a cycling each leg
- 2 x 10 b cycling each leg
- Wallsit 45 seconds
- Deep stretch achilles
- Airsquats 2 x 12
- Heel raises 2 x 12
- Rockets 2 x 12
- Lunges, 2 x 8 in place
- 2 x 12 leg raises
- 30 second plank
A week has passed since I last attempted this circuit workout. My weight is a little out of control without the long runs and I could feel heaviness on the warm up jog. The circuit itself wasn't too difficult and I hope to not suffer days of discomfort this time

I was pleased to wake up with only very minor soreness in the various muscles. During the jog I felt still a bit heavy but a little faster this time. Achilles rehab continues ...

My motivation wasn't high this morning but I got through my little run and achilles exercises. I find it difficult to be patient with these achilles. But if it works out over the fall it will be completely worth it. Hopefully I don't put on too much weight.
