A deep freeze set in the last week, making running impossible. This morning it wasn't too cold, snow showers, bit on the ground. I decided to get in a very slow run. I really wanted to get back up to 5km again. This was my first 5km since late October.
I wasn't really out of breath, no heaviness in the legs, and I felt as good when I finished as when I started. My right knee was a little sore just after finishing but it has passed.

Minus 13 celsius was a bit beyond what I am comfortable in but I got in another slow 5k. No problems with injuries or the run itself. It was a minute faster than last time but pretty much same easy effort.
JANUARY 27TH, 2025

Lots of snow on the way so I wanted to get in a run today. Not feeling particularly great or I would have proceeded onto 5km. No injury problems, I just didn't have much in the tank today. Running at 1pm in busy downtown less appealing than my early morning runs. It was again too cold to go early AM.
