Pretty much two weeks since I did anything training related. Winter is at it's worst right now and while I see some people braving the elements it isn't for me. So I decided to do a short strength circuit. It's been a few months since I did any kind of strength work so I kept it brief. Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow.
FEBRUARY 14TH, 2025
- 1km easy jog (6 minutes)

- Tempo: 10 x 80m (60%-all around 15 seconds), walk back recovery (60-75 seconds)
This was my first sprint workout in 5 months. I decided to hit the indoor track and give it a go. My technique didn't feel too bad really all things considered and I wasn't super out of breath by the end. The 15 seconds is 60% of 80m of a 13.0 flat 100m. It's a start!
