APRIL 28TH, 2025

After the last workout, my left achilles was injured along with a 2 day lower back injury sustained during non athletic activity. Finally today I decided to test out the achilles with a light jog. It started getting sore over the last 0.5km so I called it a day, rather then worsening the injury.

APRIL 29TH, 2025

My achilles felt a little better today than yesterday. Just a background annoyance and not further injured by my run today.

MAY 3RD, 2025

8 degrees and no wind for my run in my brand new running shoes. I could tell during warm up that the achilles was a bit sore and could feel it slightly throughout the run. Oddly enough an hour later it feels pretty good. Sometimes I think more gentle movement is better for it than days off between.
