I've decided to do a sequence of 4-5km runs in an effort to lose a little weight around the middle. Just an easy pace and ended feeling fine.


MAY 20TH, 2025

It was just the same easy effort as yesterday but a little faster results. When I saw that sub 29 was possible with 300m left I put in a good surge to try to dip below and just barely did. Achilles responded well to warm up and was fine during the run and after.

I had to take a number of days off. A little overtraining going on. For the next while I will focus on simply making 24 minute 4km a repeatable habit.
