I had more energy today and a little more spring in my stride. I went out the first 2km each around 5:30 km and had to ease off a bit. Still exactly 2 minutes faster than yesterday and felt pretty strong.

Just kept it to an easy pace as I wasn't so much in the mood to run today. Achilles was okay through the run, though it has been sore the last number of days. On my days off was a 90 minute walk and that interfered with it's usual recovery.
