- General Endurance: 3.0 km in 17:40 (29:30 5k pace)
After sitting on my butt resting for 2 weeks and seeing no improvement really I just decided to warm up and try to run a short distance. I could feel the achilles slightly while running at different points. Afterwords a little stiff. Waking up tomorrow will be the real test.
