- General Endurance: 4.0 km jog in 23:29
Only 1 jog in the last month. I was sick of not running. I kept the pace easy and could feel how out of shape I had become. But it wasn't super challenging. My achilles was a little bothered over the last kilometer but seems okay afterwards.

The run felt pretty good, nice easy pace all the way and not too winded by the end. The achilles didn't bother me during the run itself but was a bit sore afterwards.

My achilles was stiff on waking but I really wanted to see if I could do 2 days in a row. I could feel it a little bit throughout the run but nothing painful at all. Just kind of stiff. The run actually seemed to loosen it up a bit. It was just an easy pace and not too taxing.

Again the achilles was quite stiff after waking but I warmed it up and decided I would at least attempt to run. I kept the pace very slow and was suprised by how little it actually bothered the tendon during the run. It was a little sore after I finished but seems to be improving. That's 3 days in a row now.

My achilles was less sore today. I kept the pace slow as I want it to be and the achilles felt fine through 4km. I had a little more energy and motivation and decided to press on. I saw at 4.5km that sub 29 5km was possible and launched a short 20 second lift and kick. My achilles pinched so I eased right back down. After the post run lay down it is feeling pretty good again.
