This felt a lot better than yesterday. Still only short but the pace isn't super slow. I saw sub 17 was possible half km out and lifted a little to make sure I got under

I'm ramping up the distance pretty quickly but this run didn't feel too bad. Again half km out I saw sub 20 possible and made sure I got it!
AUGUST 24TH, 2025

I tried my run fasted within 2 hours of waking. I was moving at a little faster pace in parts and my overall average pace was 5:32 / km.
AUGUST 25TH, 2025
- Mobility and stretching, 1km jog
- A march 20m, B march in place 10 per leg
- Tempo sprints(85%): 5 x 60m with 90 sec rest
- Timed results: 9.1, 8.5, 8.6, 8.6, 8.9
Finally I motivated myself to sprint instead of jog. Track isn't ready yet so I did them on grass. When I did the first rep, 9.1 felt so easy. I knew I could push a little harder. Mid 8's were very pleasing results for day one and predict a 13.8 100m. My achilles didn't bother me during the sprints, was a tiny bit uncomfortable walking home. See what tomorrow brings.
