- 25 minute mobility and stretching routine
Both hamstrings still are tight but the mobility routine seems to help. I am hoping to sprint tomorrow.
September 9th, 2025
- Mobility, stretching, 1km jog, few strides
- Accelerations:
- 2 x 15, bent over arm drives
- 2 x 20m, rest 2 minutes (3.00 PB, 3.00=PB)
- 3 x 30m, rest 3 minutes (4.25 PB, 4.22 PB, 4.16 PB)
- Cooldown: 1km walk jog mixture
Super pleased with this little session. I had some really good turnover happening in the 20-30m zone. Achilles a little sore but my hamstrings weren't bothered during the session at all.

- 4.0 km jog (22:38)
For some reason I felt more like jogging today than sprinting. Just an easy pace but it irritated my achilles more than my sprinting had been.
