- General Endurance: 5km easy jog
I had to take a full 9 days off to get both my achilles back to the state where I could run again. I just set out and maintained a nice slow 28:38 pace. I could certainly 'feel' the achilles but it wasn't painful to jog on them. Hopefully no new damage has been done and I can jog again tomorrow. For the time being I will be sticking to slow jogs. I can feel I've put on a few pounds in my time off.

I set off at a very easy pace with goal of another 5km. My achilles were doing okay but right around 15 minutes my right knee felt a tightening and pressure feeling. So I guess wisely, I stopped, though I didn't like not attaining my objective.
